Tranqy Terms of Service
Preview version of 25 September 2026. Tranqy is in preview and, at this stage, free of charge: before asking for any payment we will update these terms and tell you in chat.
1. Who we are and what we offer
The Tranqy service is provided by Aequus Ventures SRL, via Londra 14/b, Olbia (SS), Italy, VAT number IT03075070908, certified email (PEC) aequusventures@legalmail.it ("Aequus"). Contact: hello@tranqy.ai. Tranqy is a reminder assistant in chat (WhatsApp and Telegram): it understands your messages, confirms with date and time, and delivers reminders to you and to the people in your household you indicate. Tranqy is an assistant based on an artificial intelligence system: when you write to it you are talking to an automated system, not to a person. By using it you accept these terms and the privacy notice.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. At this stage Tranqy is offered to people who live in the European Union. Whoever creates the household ("owner") is responsible for the members they add and for the reminders they send to others. A person receiving reminders can stop them at any time by writing STOP.
3. Free preview
- During the preview Tranqy costs nothing and we do not ask for cards or payment details.
- Paid plans will come later. Before introducing them we will update these terms and tell you in chat at least 30 days in advance: nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.
- During the preview the message volume per household may be limited; when that happens, the assistant tells you.
4. What you can expect, and what you cannot
- We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but delivery depends on WhatsApp, Telegram, the network and your phone: Tranqy is not suitable for situations where a missed reminder can cause serious harm (life-saving therapies, legal deadlines). It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.
- The assistant understands natural language and can be wrong: every reminder is confirmed with an absolute date and time, and every action that deletes or moves something can be undone with "undo". Check the confirmations.
- The service may change and may have maintenance interruptions; we tell you in chat when we can.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Tranqy for unsolicited messages to people you do not know, for unlawful content, or to circumvent service limits. Message volume per household is limited to protect everyone; above the limit the assistant tells you. We may suspend a household that breaks these rules.
6. Your data
The privacy notice and the rights described there apply. You can export your data and delete everything by telling the assistant.
7. Liability
Aequus is liable for damages as provided by law. We are not liable for reminders that do not arrive for reasons outside our control (for example an outage of WhatsApp, Telegram, the network or your phone). Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be excluded.
8. Law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the place where they live have jurisdiction; for others, the court of Tempio Pausania (Italy).
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we tell you in chat at least 30 days in advance if the change is substantial. Version: preview of 25/09/2026.
